Here is were you learn, practice and even experiment with energy work techniques! As you do, you will be building a strong, vibrant and flourish energy system for the new earth energies!

~ General Objectives ~

Every exercise has 4 general objectives, along with its specific training goals.

  1. Build conscious awareness of your energy field at different frequencies and perspectives– to know what your field is; is to know what it is not.

  2. Build endurance in holding your conscious focus at different frequencies. This allows you to stay in higher realms safely for longer periods of time.

  3. Learn to navigate smoothly and safely between frequency ranges and work in multiple ranges simultaneously.

  4. Continuously clear, balance and raise your over system – priming all of you for each upshift along the way.

~ The Basic Lab Procedures ~

Follow theses procedures for every exercise to ensure you are practice is safe and effective. Practice regularly, 4-7 days a week, once a day. The more your practice the stronger the new energy patterns will develop and the quicker your system will elevate. But don’t overdo it! - Do not practice more than once a day. Your system needs time to safely process and integrate the changes.

Day 1: Read through the information sheet. I suggest printing & hanging it in your sacred space for reference while you are learning. Follow the audio one time, for experience without judgement or expectation. Just follow the directions.

Weeks 1-2: Regularly practice the exercise with the audio, taking notes of what your experience and places that you struggle with keeping focus. Work to hold a stronger focus in that area. At this stage you are imprinting the exercise to memory - make sure you do it correctly. When you are comfortable with the exercise move to step 4.  The time range will vary depending on many factors, don’t judge, move at your pace.

Weeks 2-4: Regularly practice the exercise on your own. No audio. Refer to print only as necessary. Dive deeper into the experience. Make it your own, while still following any safety protocols. Take note of shifts you notice during the practice and throughout your life. This is where the learning imprint shifts to a new pattern of higher frequency energy flow!

As you move to the next module with new exercises, continue to practice the past ones, each one is an additional tool in the energy work toolbox. Begin using them as such!
