Prime and Set Exercise - Module I

Use the exercise at the beginning of any and all energy work or meditation.

** If this exercise sounds familiar, it probably is. It is exactly what I use when we “tune in” at the beginning of an energy work session. I have used it for years, only adding “stability” to the space, when the global energies became so erratic a year or so ago.

Objectives & Benefits:

  1. To settle the primitive brain into a feeling of security so, the higher self can raise the consciousness to higher frequencies.

  2. Bring all four energy bodies into alignment and a state of respite, allowing the complete focus to be on higher self energy work.

  3. Create a secure, confidential, and stable workspace in the quantum field to safely practice the energy work.

Leveling Up Suggestions:

Once you understand the process and are proficient in priming your system and creating safe space to work in, feel free to customize it – the more it is true to you, the stronger the sovereignty you will have – strengthening the space and the power within you as you work.

This is one of the most important aspects of energy work! Create the habit and the commitment to only practice energy work when your system is safely primed, and you are in safe space that you created! There is too much at risk and too much funk in the ethereal realms to risk it.

Step by Step Guide: 

Priming the Four Bodies of Your Energy System

  1. Sit comfortably with back supported either on the floor or in a chair, legs/feet can be crossed or straight/flat, whichever is comfortable. The key is for the physical body to relax so it can focus on the work.

  2. Close eyes and take a deep breath. Recognize the space around you is safe and calm.

  3. Take another deep breath. Recognize the space within your body is safe and calm. Make any necessary physical adjustments to achieve this.

  4. Imagine a golden angelic bowl placed in front of you. Breath out all your concerns, worries and to dos of the day into the bowl. Let the emotional and intellectual bodies relax.

  5. With the next inhale, commit to being present in this time, this space, and this moment. Bringing all 3 bodies into alignment.

  6. Take your attention to the top of your head and invite in your higher self energy (white/golden light); breathe it down into your head.

  7. Flow the light down the spine and into the coccyx. If you feel called take it into the Kundalini.

  8. Then split the light into two streams and run it down through the legs: out through your feet and all your toes.

  9. With your breath go back to the top of head. Step into the stream of light. Wrap your consciousness in it. All four bodies are now primed and connected for further energy work.


    Setting Sacred Space

  10. Call in your ethereal guardians/protectors. In the beginning its best to ask for angelic guardians.

  11. Ask them to create a safe, confidential, and stable energy space to work in. Pause and notice the shift in space around you. Ask for adjustments if necessary.

  12. When if feels safe, confidential, and stable, invite in the ethereal guides you wish to work with. You can ask for a specific guide or for those who have certain messages/info on an issue. This will depend on what you are working on at the time and your intentions.
