Pineal Pull Exercise - Module III

Objectives & Benefits:

  1. Balance and align the four energy bodies with the higher-self energy

  2. Clears and resets whole energy field

  3. Fortifies natural energy filters and protective barriers

  4. Develop focused, controlled concentration with the conscious mind in the pineal

  5. Increase awareness of your light/energy channel

Important Safety Guidelines:  

  1. To successfully practice this exercise, you need to fully focus your attention and energy inward, therefore you release all awareness of the external environment – making you vulnerable. 

    a. DO NOT do this without first tuning in and setting a safe energy space to work in.

    b. DO NOT practice in public or outside until you are proficient in managing your entire energy system and even then, you must create a safe energy space around you.

  2. This exercise is designed to raise your consciousness out of the 3D – ungrounding you from time & space.  Make sure you fully ground back into yourself each time.

Step by Step Guide: 

  1. Start with the Prime and Set Energy Exercise.

  2. Activate your pineal gland and build your energy cross with the Awakening the IPS exercise.

  3. When you form the cross, make sure the light flows all the way into the base of your spine, the coccyx.

  4. After you have stabilized in the pineal. Keep your consciousness anchored there until you begin to ground back in at the end of the exercise

  5. With your inhale, draw light for above the head down the channel to the base of the spine

The Expansion

  1. With your exhale, expand your channel (the whole channel) outward to the width of your head

  2. With you inhale, contract the channel back into the width of your spine

  3. Repeat 3 times.  On the 3rd expansion, hold the channel at the width of your head for a couple of breaths.  Relax into this expansion.

  4. With your inhale, pull the light back to the width of the spine

  5. With your exhale, expand your channel (the whole channel) outward to the width of your shoulders

  6. With you inhale, contract the channel back into the width of your head

  7. Repeat 3 times.  On the 3rd expansion, hold the channel at the width of your shoulders for a couple of breaths.  Relax into this expansion.

  8. With your inhale, pull the light back to the width of your head

  9. With your exhale, expand your channel (the whole channel) outward 1-2 feet beyond your torso

  10. With you inhale, contract the channel back into the width of your shoulders

  11. Repeat 3 times.  On the 3rd expansion, hold the channel at the width beyond your torso for a couple of breaths.

  12. Relax into this expansion for a few moments and observe your energy field from the pineal

The Contraction

  1. With your inhale draw the energy back to shoulder width.

  2. With your exhale, relax into this space

  3. With your inhale draw the energy back to head width.

  4. With your exhale, relax into this space

  5. With your inhale draw the energy back to spine width.

  6. With your exhale, relax into this space.  Take a few moments to observe your system’s changes.

Grounding back into Time & Space

  1. Breath down the spine and tie your consciousness into the coccyx (or Kundalini if familiar with it)

  2. Breath up the spine to the pineal and breathe the equilibrium bar into the width of our ears

  3. With your breath, contract the pineal back to a natural size and anchor your consciousness into it

  4. Breathe forward into the pituitary-hypothalamus and tie your consciousness in

  5. Bring awareness to your whole body, wiggle your fingers and toes.  Call your name, welcome yourself back into time & space
