
Running the Energy Exercise - Module I
The key to this exercise is keeping your consciousness in the stream of energy. Your consciousness should move with the energy stream through the body. You are not an observer watching it flow, nor are you a directing it from above.
Objectives & Benefits:
Provided general clearing, alignment to raise vibrational frequency of whole system, priming it for higher level work.
Building focused concentration with the conscious mind to begin training it to follow direction of higher self and for it to learn to process understanding of higher frequencies.
Trains ego to listen and follow direction from conscious mind while releasing the primitive control over it.
Brings initial awareness of the whole energy system, and your ability to shift the frequency levels.
Leveling Up Suggestions:
This is a simple, yet powerful practice that you can continuously go deeper and deeper into. Once you get the basics and can “run the energy” 3 times without losing focus, try a few of these adaptations. This is an opportunity to find wonder and delight within! No judgements – just exploration!
Practice slowing down at places to observe without judgement.
Wrap different intention in the energy and observe the shifts in the body. i.e., freedom, joy, calm, restfulness, etc.
Practice clearing the senses and setting particular intentions with the eyes, ears, nose, mouth. Such as clearing the mouth to speak more fully your truth, or healing the eyes to see more clearing, clearing the ears and auditory system of what is not in you higher good, healing the ears to focus on hearing what is in your highest good.
For the Toolbox:
This is a great technique to use when you need a quick reset anytime, anywhere that you have a few minutes. Once you have learned the process, just take a few deep breathes to center in and run whatever intention you need. When you become proficient in it, one run through can be quick and efficient. A great way to bring down anxiety, increase mental clarity, clear off low frequencies, readjust your attitude/emotions and so on. You can run the energy in a bathroom stall or in your car, on a train or flying in a plane….

Step by Step Guide:
Start with your basic tuning exercise, that includes creating a safe energy space around you.
Close eyes and focus attention at the top of head.
Invite golden or white light to flow in through the top of your head. Use imagination you need to.
Step into the stream of light. Wrap your consciousness in it.
Pull the light into your pituitary gland (lens of third eye) seated directly behind the eyes. Wrap the intention of cleansing/clearing into the light.
Flow the cleansing light down face, under chin and down throat. Go slow and focus on clearing in each body part thoroughly but do not analysis what you’re clearing.
Split the light in two and flow it across shoulders, down arms and out into hands.
Leave the light in your hands and with your breath go to top of head.
Repeat steps 2-5 to pull the light in and set the intention.
Then flow the light back through brain, down into brain stem. Go slow and feel the brain light up.
Focus the light at the brain stem and flow it straight down the spine. Keep your consciousness in the spine, while sending light vibration out through your organs and systems. Heart & circulatory system, lungs & respiratory system, stomach, liver, kidneys & digestive system, reproductive system.
At the base of spine, fill the coccyx with light and split it to run through the legs.
At the thighs, join it with the light in hands and flow out through your feet and toes into the earth.
Ask the earth to transmute the energy for the highest good.
With your breath go back to the top of head.
Repeat 2 more times with the intentions of healing and peace.
After 3rd time stay at top of head, take time to recognize and enjoy the shift in energy frequencies.
