The Modern Kriya Exercise- Module IV

Objectives & Benefits:

  1. Learn to consciously control the natural flow of the Kundalini energy through the system

  2. Begin to experience your personal power and your knowledge of the archives as they integrate into your chakras.

  3. Begin to reconnect and explore your ancient wisdom/skills of your archives.

Important Guidelines to Follow:

  1. Before working with it, make sure you have created a safe, calm, controlled space around you, so you are not jolted out of focus and project the energy in an undesired part of your energy field.

  2. Build your pineal cross of stability and balance. Feel confident and secure within your energy channel prior to Kundalini work.

  3. Go slow, stay present and focus. It is important that you know where this energy is flowing.

  4. Do not over do the practice – Give yourself time to integrate and process the shifts. Each kriya (pulling the light up and fountaining out the crown) is very powerful. Start with 3-5 a day and then increase as you feel called. Do not do more than 12 a day - it will overwhelm your system.

  5. Count the kriyas by moving your thumb along the knuckles of your fingers. Move up a knuckle each time your fountain out. 1 finger = 3 knuckles = 3 kriyas

Step by Step Guide: 

  1. Start with the Prime and Set Energy Exercise.

  2. Build your energy cross in the pineal gland and take a few minutes to meditate here.

  3. Running Kriyas

    1. With your breath, take your consciousness down to the base of your spine. Then go a breath deeper to a quieter, calmer space within you. - this is your Kundalini.

    2. Imagine a flame or a ball of light sitting under the spine.

    3. Look up and see the your light channel flowing up through the head.

    4. Wrap your consciousness with the flame/light, spin it counterclockwise (to your left)

    5. With a back of the throat breath -suck the air to the back of throat as you inhale and draw the light up the spine and through the top of the head. - keep focused and stay in the spine!

    6. Let it fountain out the head; flowing through your crown chakra, cascading down around you. Like fireworks or a fountain of light.

    7. Just observe the light for a moment.

    8. Then repeat this section 3-12 times. *Pulling the light up and fountaining out is 1 Kriya.

  4. Breathe back into the Kundalini and meditation here - just a you do in the pineal. As you become familiar with the experience, image exploring all that it contains.

5. Ground back into Time & Space

  1. Tie your consciousness into your Kundalini.

  2. Breath up the spine to the pineal and breathe the equilibrium bar into the width of our ears

  3. With your breath, contract the pineal back to a natural size and anchor your consciousness into it

  4. Breathe forward into the pituitary-hypothalamus and tie your consciousness in

  5. Bring awareness to your whole body, wiggle your fingers and toes.  Call your name, welcome yourself back into time & space.
