
Awakening the Intuitive Processing System Exercise- Module II
Objectives & Benefits:
Become aware of each component of the IPS system.
Redirect the conditioned instinctual pathways to higher conscious pathways.
Develop focused, controlled concentration with the conscious mind in the pineal.
Increase awareness of you light/energy channel, creating a signpost to return to when traveling to other realms. (Prepping for future modules!)
Important Guidelines to Follow:
To successfully practice this exercise, you need to fully focus your attention and energy inward, therefore you release all awareness of the external environment – making you vulnerable.
~ DO NOT do this without first tuning in and setting a safe energy space to work in.
~ DO NOT practice in public or outside until you are proficient in managing your entire energy system (after module 5) and even then, you must create a safe energy space around you.
This exercise is designed to raise your consciousness out of the 3D – ungrounding you from time & space. Make sure you fully ground back into yourself each time.
Helpful Tips:
When first learning to hold your consciousness in the pineal, it can be helpful to visualize sitting in the middle of it. I.e., sitting down in a yogi pose, cross-legged on the floor of the pineal or take your rightful place on your golden thrown. You are the ruler of your energy system after all!
To help hold that concentration in the beginning, a short mantra can be helpful. Do not become reliant on the mantra. Think of it like training wheels on a bicycle. I.e., I am my light. One with my light. Ekam - means Oneness in Sanskrit. It is pronounced “Eh-Kham”
Leveling Up Suggestions:
To build concentration stamina: Practice holding your focus longer and longer in the pineal.
To fine tune your focus of specific frequencies: breathe deeper and deeper into the pineal.
Once you are totally comfortable holding your concentration in the pineal, look upwards and ask your guides to drop messages down the channel to you. Envision postcards or letters floating down. Open them and read with delight!

Start with the Prime and Set Energy Exercise.
Directing Your Energy Flow Inward
1. Pull the light from above the head through your higher-self channel into the pituitary-hypothalamus
2. With your inhale, arch the light from the pituitary-hypothalamus back into the pineal gland
3. With your exhale, sunburst light throughout pineal
4. Take your consciousness back to top of head, step into your channel
5. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times
6. On the 3rd time stay in the centered in the pineal, take a breath and stabilize your consciousness
Keep your consciousness in the pineal through step #5.
Clearing & Activating the Pineal
1. With your inhale, draw the light from top of head into pineal
2. With your exhale, sunburst the light throughout the pineal
3. Repeat steps 1-2 two more times
4. After the 3rd time take a breath and stabilize your consciousness in the pineal
4. Stabilizing the Energy Equilibrium
With your inhale, pull light from the top of head down to the pineal
With your exhale, send the light in a horizonal line across the top of the ears and as far as it naturally goes
Repeat steps 1-3 two more times
After the 3rd time, take a deep breath and stabilize your consciousness in the center of energy equilibrium bar (the pineal)
5. Bringing the IPS Together & Building Stamina
your awareness to the cross that is formed with your higher-self channel flowing down to the base of the spine and the energy equilibrium bar across the head
Imagine your consciousness stepping deeper into the center of the cross –the pineal
Meditate here. Release your ego into the energy of the cross. Experience the oneness of your consciousness and your higher self. Allow yourself to elevate into higher consciousness.
6. Grounding back into Time & Space
Breath down the spine and tie your consciousness into the coccyx (or Kundalini if familiar with it.)
Breath up the spine to the pineal and breathe the equilibrium bar into the width of our ears
With your breath, contract the pineal back to a natural size and anchor your consciousness into it
Breathe forward into the pituitary-hypothalamus and tie your consciousness in
Bring awareness to your whole body, wiggle your fingers and toes. Call your name, welcome yourself back into time & space.
