Guidelines for Success
Every aspect of ELEVATION 361* serves a purpose in the learning process. To gain the most benefit, it is important to understand and follow the directions.
Follow the modules in order. And follow the directions in each lesson and exercise. ELEVATION 361* is carefully designed step by step learning to ensure solid ascension along a safe course. Each section builds on the one prior. Skipping ahead can cause issues such as creating vulnerabilities in your energy system.
Evaluate how much time you realistically have to dedicate to the lessons and the exercises. This is very real work. It requires focus, concentration and processing time. It is not about speed or quantity. It is about being fully present. Once you know how often you can dedicate quality time to the work - prioritize it by putting it on your calendar.
At times the exercises or information will challenge your current ideals, trigger needed healing, or uncover unexpected issues. This is part of the process of conditioning and strengthen your energy system. Slow down, pause and attend to whatever has come up. Do not judge yourself or compare to others. We may all be headed the same direction but each path is a uniquely solo adventure.
At other times work, family or other life stuff will need to take precedent. Honor you whole life path. These things arise as opportunities to apply your lessons and energy work to every day life. Modules never close. Start, stop and pick back up where your left off as you feel called. You can cancel and restart you subscription anytime you like.
Create a sacred space dedicated to practicing the energy work exercises. A regular, dedicated space becomes familiar, therefore it feels safe to the primitive brain, allowing it to release control and allow the higher self to step up. It should be quiet, comfortable and indoors. Set it up with all the essentials of comfort - i.e. blanket, comfy seating w/back support, glass of water, tissues, lip balm, etc.
Do NOT take anything I share as gospel. As the sole guardian of your energy system, it is your responsibly to question everything with an open mind and a discerning higher self. Honor you by ensuring all that I share, resonates with you. Much of what I share is an adaptation of ancient teachings or other mystical/spiritual practices. I will challenge many currently accepted ideals. I ask you to do the same and then carve out your own truth.
While this is deeply intense and powerful work, it is also full of wonder and delight! Enjoy the process, celebrate the experiences!
