Balancing the Bodies

This exercise teaches you to consciously clear your energetic field, align your four core bodies with your Higher Self, and fortify your natural protective barrier.

Objectives

  • Align & Elevate: Harmonize your four core energy bodies with the vibration of your Higher Self.

  • Clear & Reset: Purify and renew your entire energetic field.

  • Fortify: Strengthen your natural energetic filters and protective boundaries.

  • Sharpen Focus: Cultivate deep, controlled concentration by anchoring your conscious mind in a single space and directing your energy throughout the system.

  • Expand Awareness: Broaden your connection to and perception of your central channel of light.

Because this exercise deeply withdraws your awareness from the external world and elevates your consciousness beyond 3D time and space, intentional preparation is key to your success and safety.

  • Set your Sacred Space: Always tune in and consciously set a secure, high-vibrational energetic space before you begin. Use the Priming & Setting exercise.

  • Practice in Private: Master this technique in a controlled, private environment first. Only practice outdoors or in public once you are fully proficient in managing your energy system, and always establish a strong protective shield beforehand.

  • Anchor Your Return: This practice temporarily ungrounds you to allow for higher expansion. Always conclude your practice by intentionally and fully grounding your awareness back into your physical body.

Important Information

    1. Start with the Priming and Setting exercise

    2. Take a few breath and step your consciousness even deeper into your higher self channel (HSC).

    3. Inhale, drawing your consciousness down to your root chakra, then exhale; pulling your consciousness back up your HSC

    4. Repeat this up and down process at least 3 times - until you feel full connected and aware of your HSC.

    5. Inhale down your HSC to the center of your heart. Slow the breath and find a balanced, calm space to settle your consciousness.

    Stay in the spine at heart chakra level for the remainder of the exercise.

    The Expansion

    1. With your exhale, expand your channel (the whole channel) outward to the width of your head

    2. With your inhale, contract the channel back into the width of your spine

    3. Repeat 3 times.  On the 3rd expansion, hold the channel at the width of your head for a couple of breaths.  Relax into this expansion.

    4. With your inhale, pull the light back to the width of the spine

    5. With your exhale, expand your channel (the whole channel) outward to the width of your shoulders.

    6. With you inhale, contract the channel back into the width of your head.

    7. Repeat 3 times. On the 3rd expansion, hold the channel at the width of your shoulders for a couple of breaths.  Relax into this expansion.

    8. With your inhale, pull the light back to the width of your head

    9. With your exhale, expand your channel (the whole channel) outward 1-2 feet beyond your torso

    10. With you inhale, contract the channel back into the width of your shoulders

    11. Repeat 3 times.  On the 3rd expansion, hold the channel at the width beyond your torso for a couple of breaths.  

    12. Relax into this expansion for a few moments and observe your energy field from the heart level in the spine.

    The Contraction

    1. With your inhale draw the energy back to shoulder width. 

    2. With your exhale, relax into this space

    3. With your inhale draw the energy back to head width. 

    4. With your exhale, relax into this space

    5. With your inhale draw the energy back to spine width. 

    6. With your exhale, relax into this space.  Take a few moments to observe your system’s changes. 

    Grounding back into Time & Space

    1. Breath down the spine and tie your consciousness into the coccyx

    2. Breath up the spine to the pineal -the center of the brain and anchor your consciousness into it

    3. Breathe forward into the pituitary-hypothalamus and tie in your consciousness

    4. Bring awareness to your whole body, wiggle your fingers and toes. Call your name, welcome yourself back into time & space
