This exercise teaches you to consciously shift between frequencies, builds concentration stamina, and guide your ego to cultivate inner awareness for energy mastery.
Objectives
Builds focused concentration in your conscious mind, training it to follow the direction of your higher self and process understanding of higher frequencies.
Develops your ability to switch consciousness between different frequency ranges (visual, auditory).
Trains your ego to listen and follow direction from your conscious mind, gently releasing its primitive control.
Teaches you to turn your senses inward for observation, preparing you to assess and adjust your energy later.
Suggestions for Use
This is a simple, yet powerful practice that allows for continuous, deeper exploration. Once you've mastered the basics and can "listen in" three times without losing focus, try these adaptations. This is your opportunity to discover wonder and delight within! Embrace it with no judgments—just pure exploration!
Analyze the sounds you hear: Notice their rhythms, intensity, speed, and volume.
Observe the daily changes in sounds.
Step into a sound and truly listen.
Go in search of sounds behind other sounds, and then even further behind those.
Take your consciousness to different parts of your body and observe the unique sounds there.
Search for the space within you where there is no sound. Does such a space exist?

It is recommended to with Priming and Setting Your Energy Field exercise for maximum benefit.
Close your eyes and lightly place your forefingers on your bottom eyelids to block out any light.
Close off your ears by using your thumbs to press the outer ear flap into your ear canal.
Roll your eyes up to "look" out the top of your head.
Focus all your attention on whatever sounds you hear coming from within your body – no interpretations, just listen.
When thoughts distract you, simply pull your attention back to the sounds.
When your arms get tired, rest them on your lap and focus on the colored lights you perceive behind your closed eyes.
Just watch the lights without interpretation.
When thoughts float in, swipe them out like clouds floating by, and refocus on the colored lights.
Repeat steps 5-9 two more times.
On the third repetition, listen for the sound behind the dominant sound and focus on it.
Finally, take time to absorb the experience with gratitude to yourself.
