Prehistoric Purge & Cosmic Sighs: Finding Your Sea-Legs in the New Grid
It’s been a fast and furious re-sorting of frequencies and timelines, hasn’t it? When the moon reached its fullness this past Friday - Poof! Everything began settling into place, like puzzle pieces clicking in one after the other. I felt like I could finally take a giant Sighhhhh… and slip into a deeper, slower calm.
Don’t get me wrong sleep is still turbulent and erratic depending on the night, and time is still dialed up to "high." But there was a genuine pressure release at the planetary level, allowing many timelines and frequencies to finally sync up and smooth out.
Full moons have a way of illuminating what is "stuck" or "resistant" to change. In this case, it was a very literal release from the planet: several super-strong earthquakes, clusters of mid-range quakes, and a massive volcanic release from the Mayon Volcano in the Philippines. The Earth is literally realigning its energy lines, upshifting its vibrational frequency, and undergoing a massive release of pre-pre-prehistoric lower vibrational energies.
Note: These are "lower" as in old, outdated, and primitive—not "low" as in evil or bad. However, because they are so far from our current frequency range, they can be disruptive, triggering, and even harmful as they release toxic gases and shift the globe.
Remember, this is simply part of the demolition of old paradigms. Earth is moving through its own ascension process. The incredible solar energy we’ve received over the last few years has finally penetrated the core layers of the Earth, prompting it to release pent-up energy from distant timelines. As it releases, the tectonic plates shift to align with our high-consciousness timelines. These shifts prompt further volcanic eruptions, which in turn build new land. Notice the life cycle coming full circle, moving upward along the spiral of ascension. Cool, eh?
Even cooler is how all life on this planet is interdependent, supporting one another’s evolution. Back in August 2021, I wrote an article about this—I feel called to share a bit of it now before I dive into the upcoming changes:
“…HUMANS ARE THE MAIN COMPONENT OF THE NEW ENERGY GRID. It is not a place we are residing in; it is the connections and frequencies of the life forces throughout our galaxy and universe. We, human beings, are each a conscious life force. We have free will over our frequency range. We choose each moment of each day what vibrational range we will function in and what we will emit to the energy systems around us.
Here is the key: Most energy systems do not have the conscious free will that humans have. Animals, plants, and other life forces have consciousness, but it is woven into their connectivity to the cycles of the planet. Most ethereal beings have plenty of individual consciousness, but they don't have the same 3D interaction to make the vibrational impact that humans do.
We are a unique and incredibly powerful energy force. Our combination of individual consciousness, free will, and 3D interaction makes us the powerhouse influencers of the galaxy.
This development of individual consciousness and the realization of its empowerment is the project. Awakened consciousness is Enlightenment. As critical masses of humans reach different tipping points of consciousness, we—as a planet, galaxy, and universe—tip into a new higher energy frequency range (the grid).
At our core, we are light beings from many different star systems and galaxies. We came together here to accomplish this project for various reasons: necessity, assistance, curiosity, or even by accident. Whatever your reason, if you are a human reading this, it is essential that you take full responsibility for your energy system's vibrational health.
We are at the greatest upshift since the project began in Lemuria. We have entered a whole new level of conscious ascension. How this level goes depends on how well humans take ownership of their individual influence in the energy grid. We are now more connected at a telepathic frequency, which speeds up the manifestation of intention, feeling, and thought into the 3D tenfold…”

So, what’s to come? That’s the million-dollar question!
To be quite frank, there is no "fated destiny" from here on. We have been in uncharted territory for a few years. Now we are aware enough to recognize the reality of building a brand-new reality in completely new frequencies with expanded consciousness. Never before have we ascended to this level of individual consciousness while anchored in the 3rd dimension. Regardless of anything else, that’s super freaking cool!
Pause here for a moment. Let that set in.

You are one of the rare, consciously awakened light beings who has done the "hard-ass" soul work, lifetime after lifetime, to earn a front-row seat to a cosmic evolutionary milestone.
Together, we have broken a glass ceiling and entered an entirely new, multi-dimensional timeline from within the 3D space-time reality.

Now, we are figuring out how to stabilize the new Earth energy grid and build our higher-frequency reality. In simple terms: we have to learn to keep our own energy systems stable and take responsibility for the rhythms we send out, all while rolling with the planetary turbulence.
Think of it this way: As sailors, it’s paramount we maintain strong sea-legs and a positive attitude toward sailing, even though it’s going to be "hurricane season" every season for a while.
Yes, the collective is still breaking down old paradigms. If we’re honest, we probably still have things we’re holding onto because they feel familiar or nostalgic. But for the most part, those of us who are awake have already shifted our focus to building new, higher timelines.
We’ve made the most of this 'retrograde-free' window to move forward. Whether we chose it or were thrust into it, we’ve found bold new ways of showing up—embodying new patterns and claiming freedom through deep self-responsibility. It hasn't been an easy ride, but under the light of this full moon, we can see the progress. Our new realities are no longer just ideas; the roots are officially taking hold.
In just a few days, Pluto will end this phase. Let’s pause and thank Pluto for pumping the brakes just a bit! During its nearly five-month retrograde in Aquarius, it will assist us in releasing even deeper levels of what no longer serves us; free us up to further shift into the Aquarian Era energies of expanded consciousness and multi-dimensional awareness. We’ll be both thanking Pluto for clearing the path and cursing it for the chaotic turbulence it stirs up. As the planet of the birth-death cycle, it embraces that love-hate relationship. Wink.
In short: more dismantling and turbulence is coming, especially for those unaware of their personal energy and at the geological level of the Earth.
But you are aware. You are taking responsibility for your vibration. You have released lifetimes of old patterns. Because of this, you are at a frequency range that will be less affected by the chaos. As you develop a deeper connection to your Higher Self, your intuition will guide you along a softer, more graceful path—as long as you stay true to your truth and honor your energy system with regular nurturing, clearing, and protection.
