Standing in Your Power on the Quantum Timeline while Navigating CMEs, a New Moon & many Retrogrades
What can I say? This Equinox calibration was on a whole new level! I had no idea how many timelines I was closing, or what a massive leap was required to align with higher reality timelines and then fine-tune that calibration with my personal higher timeline across every area of my life and all four energy bodies. This Saturday’s new moon is asking for even further recalibration and a firm confirmation: yes, this is the ascension path I have chosen.
Full disclosure: between the end of eclipse season and the equinox, there were moments I wanted to jump ship and swim in old timelines. The pull of nostalgic memories from simpler, softer times was strong. To be completely honest, it was a spectacular pity party followed by a giant purge of old baggage - timelines from younger versions of myself that I was still yearning to live. Once I let it play out, I had to be real with myself: I am 20 to 30-plus years older now, and I would not actually enjoy those options today! I love who I am, I’m excited about who I am becoming, and my life is good. Those old dreams belonged to a much less mature, scared, and wounded younger woman. So, I finished off the ice cream, cleaned up my pity party, and proudly climbed back onto my true soul path and mission.
If you wondered where the usual Equinox newsletter was, it was buried under a mountain of my own inner work. Yes, even energy workers with close-knit ethereal teams have to do the work and it’s just as messy and dramatic as anyone else’s! In other words, we have all been sifting through our bleep-ity-bleep together… ;)
The beautiful part is that we are all learning, designing, and sculpting our new realities together. No single person is leading the way anymore; we are all contributing to New Earth, each offering different skills and wisdom. Mine happens to be quantum energy work and the evolution of the human energy system, though believe me, I have plenty of other areas to learn and develop!
Now, let’s focus on what is coming and how to make the most of these shifts for our ascension.
We are a little over two weeks past Equinox at the first new moon of the season - a season anchored in new, higher Earth frequencies.
In the Southern Hemisphere, you’re feeling the excitement of spring sprouts; in the Northern Hemisphere, we’re gathering the harvest bounty. Both are seasons of preparation for deeper shifts ahead in winter and summer. Under this New Moon, we’re also integrating the deep healing alignments from eclipse season into a higher conscious equilibrium. This opens doors to further elevate the new patterns, perspectives, and lifestyles we’ve been embracing since the turn of the season.
Yes, Mercury’s pre-shadow has begun, and other six planets are currently in retrograde, including the rare 18-month Venus Retrograde. But this is positive, supportive cosmic timing. These retrogrades give us opportunity to fine-tune our higher-conscious patterns and new ways of living. They make it easier to dive deep into our energy imprints, clearing away childhood, generational, or past-life conditioning and healing old wounds. As we heal, we reclaim the inner power, knowledge, and skills that were buried beneath those lower frequencies.
Over the past week, the Sun has also been sporadically active, sending us a mix of solar energy:
Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs): We received a few CMEs packed with solar plasma that triggered G1 and G2 geomagnetic storms. Interestingly, the auroras lagged a day behind, showing intense pink plasma energy seeping deep into the atmosphere.
M6.7 Solar Flare: A rapidly growing sunspot launched an M6.7 flare straight at Earth, triggering a solar tsunami (Moreton wave) of hot plasma and magnetic energy across the Sun’s surface. The Sun essentially gave itself a storm! Check it out here.
Upcoming Storms & High Frequencies: Three more CMEs from coronal holes are currently heading our way, which could spark strong geomagnetic storms. Combined with the dark skies of the New Moon, we may see incredible auroras! At the same time, we’re being infused with higher-frequency energies to elevate our new conscious paths and firmly integrate them into our energy imprints.
All this solar energy is helping us rise into higher frequencies and expand our consciousness into new ways of multidimensional living. It supports our efforts to design, create, and implement new paradigms built on inclusivity for all and responsibility for sovereign energy systems. It encourages us to move beyond the duality and polarity of older Earth phases - learning to embody a more expansive understanding of the collective while remaining solidly anchored in the present and taking ownership of our personal energetic well-being.
We are at a moment of powerful choice points.
The old will surface and ask if you want to return; the new will continue unfolding if you choose it.
The choice is always yours alone: what timeline do you truly wish to design, build, and maintain?
Right here and right now, we are setting the tone for our new realities and timelines in Phase 3 of the Earth Ascension Project. This is why I call us the ancestors of our future.
It is completely natural to feel uncertain about what lies ahead or how our new plans will unfold. What we can control are the intentions and energetic vibrations we infuse into them.
To navigate these high-frequency shifts smoothly, it is crucial to keep our frequencies healthy and strong through consistent self-care and energy hygiene. Reach out for assistance and support whenever you need it, but never be afraid to walk the path alone - always listen to your own inner truth and guidance in every moment. If you are looking for support along the way, I am always here for you: whether through 1-on-1 Quantum Energy Work Sessions, the wealth of wisdom on the Elevated Spiral Blog, or the educational articles and techniques available in the Self-Empowerment Center for upgrading your energy system for Phase 3 (where you'll also find a detailed deep dive on what the Earth Ascension Project is all about).
