A Blunt Truth: Navigating Phase 3 and the Coming Eclipses
This new moon heralds a vital new cycle, one that hosts the powerful opening of eclipse season at the upcoming Full Moon. This is our moment to refocus, with laser-like precision, on how we elevate and maintain our energy systems. We must anchor ourselves in strength and courage now, preparing to stay steady through the great shifts of higher alignment and the chaotic releasing of outdated paradigms that define this eclipse season and the coming Mercury Retrograde.
**Before I go any further, I’m going to be blunt: what I have to say is as empowering as it is serious. It is also incredibly time-sensitive with the fast-approaching eclipses. Because this is a bit of a deep dive, I invite you to take a few breaths and settle in. Join me with an open mind, a discerning soul, and a strong cup of coffee!
In just two weeks, the Full Moon will open the gates, followed only ten days later by the pre-shadow of Mercury Retrograde. I know you already feel the pressure and the shifting—I certainly do! We are seeing this play out on the worldwide geo-political stage; the energies of ego-dominance and intimidation are intensely aggressive right now. These forces sense the cosmic shift into a new phase, and their fear prompts them to assert even more dominance over resources, people, and power. It is full survival mode—the "fight" option.
I won’t go into the details because they don’t matter. However, I will say that I feel the pain and anxiety generated by it. We are part of the collective, so we feel it. Many of us are being called to filter or even transmute this for the collective. Because the intensity is so high, many who aren't usually called to this work are being asked to step up. This can be tough on our energy systems, requiring extra care, nurturing, and rest.
Others are being called to upgrade our systems and the New Earth grid to accommodate newly aware light beings. This, too, is demanding work. Some of you are focused on balancing and strengthening the bridge between worlds; this can feel lighter, like a brief respite. Enjoy this time, but don’t neglect your self-care! You are still working hard to build endurance and focus.
Regardless of where you are, you are well-suited and prepared for this work. It feels tough because it is truly that important. We are preparing for the first eclipse season and Mercury Retrograde of Phase 3 of the Earth Ascension Project (EAP). This is one of the EAP’s biggest pivot points.
How these next several weeks play out—up to the Equinox on March 19th—will determine if the collective is ready to elevate further, or if we must repeat the lessons of the old Phase 2 paradigms.

Each morning, as I sit in communion with my Higher Self and my ethereal teams, the message is clear, direct, and consistent:
We each must learn to consciously work with and actively upgrade our energy systems to successfully build the new energy grid and elevate to a higher reality.
This is the essential component of crafting a sustainable, thriving, elevated way of life. To dismiss the responsibility of managing our personal energy is to dismiss the core of Phase 3. This phase is about taking full, sovereign responsibility for our energy exchange with others. This shift allows us to create higher-conscious communities where every member is an empowered, self-regulating creator.
Without a critical mass of people doing this work, we won’t just stall at the start of Phase 3—the old "alpha" hierarchies and pack mentalities will actually strengthen. This isn’t an ominous warning meant to cause fear; it is simply the cycle of birth, growth, and death. If we don’t learn and grow, we repeat the lesson.
Friends, I really, really do not want to repeat this one again! We have made it further in the ascension process than ever before, but not by much.
Our collaborative counsel assures me we can go much farther if we take dedicated action. I know this may sound "woo-woo" to some, but I assure you, it is not.
If you pause and feel your body, you will hear what your soul already knows.
We must step up. We must rise above the collective insanity of ego-based fear. It is time to pull our energy away from the old and refocus it on the new. Reclaim your power and practice wielding it for a better world. Each of you is an incredibly powerful energy source.
When you remove your energy from the old system, its fuel source is depleted. It must "eat its own tail." We cannot feed it any longer.
When the old finally disintegrates, those who are just waking up will need a place of solace and safety. They will need us to be steady, confident, and ready to assist. Now is the time to prepare. Our alternative is to continue feeding the dragon of dominance and victimhood, drawing us back into an even darker repeat of Phase 2.
We have a choice. We are the leading edge of this evolution. We cannot force anyone’s ascension, but we can lead by example. My focus is on a successful elevation into Phase 3 now.
Please, take a moment to assess how you are consciously elevating and maintaining your energy system:
Are you consistently clearing, nurturing, and rejuvenating your energy?
Are you aware when you pick up the energy of others? Do you take the time to clear it and rebalance, or are you still "putting up with it"?
Are you taking into account the solar energies or the planetary shifts? Can you discern between them and your own "life stuff"?
Are you learning to rely more on your own energy care techniques and less on external things to alleviate the symptoms?
Are you taking time to advance your energy system understanding, particularly with regards to the evolution of our systems in this New Earth energy grid and reality?
Are you discerning when working in the energy realm and with ethereals?
Use your answers at this New Moon to reset your intentions, actions, and objectives.
